Order Processing

Orders move to production or processing only after the required company approval and BrandShop review. Customized products may require artwork confirmation, production time, and quality checks before dispatch.

Shipping Charges and Delivery

Shipping charges are extra unless specifically included in a written offer. Delivery estimates depend on product availability, customization, quantity, destination, and courier service. Any estimate is indicative and may change due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a reachable mobile number. Address changes should be requested before processing starts. Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch, remote locations, or incorrect addresses.

Tracking and Delays

Tracking details are shared when available. Courier, weather, transport, regulatory, and force-majeure delays may affect delivery. Contact support if a shipment shows no movement for an unusual period.
